CPOMS alternatives - can anyone compare/contrast CPOMS with MyConcern?

In light of the repeated failures at CPOMS, we are looking to jump ship...

 

I'm looking for anyone who has used/supported both CPOMS and MyConcern to see what the pros/cons of both packages are from their perspective?

Used both, MyConcern was worse, reliability wise. Better usability IMHO, but they made some howlers. Imagine trying to make people jump through MFA hoops before even being able to just log a concern for example

Yes, we went from CPOMS to MyConcern, then back to CPOMS again. CPOMS said we'd likely be back but I didn't quite believe them but.. they were right.

 

MyConcern just wasn't reliable enough & it was SLOW. My safeguarding team did their best for 2 months before they ultimately put their foot down and insisted we went back.

 

Aside from CPOMS recently shooting themselves in the feet by doing a big migration during the middle of a term, it's not the most awful piece of software we have.
