Request for quotes forum?

There used to be a forum for requesting quotes, and I always struggled to find it. I'm not sure if I haven't searched hard enough in the new site, or if it's no longer available?

If it exists, please could someone point me in the right direction?

If it doesn't exist anymore, please could some one tell me so that I can stop looking?

I hope it does exist - it was very useful.
