Google Admin Not Refreshing Bookmarks

I've got a strange problem with Google Admin in that when I try to edit the managed bookmarks for any OU the right hand side does not update. I can click any of the OUs and the top breadcrumbs line will update to say which OU is selected but the right side data block stays the same. Also, when I add a bookmark the save button stays disabled.

 

I have tried different browsers and tried a using a Chromebook but the results are the same. My account is super admin and it was working fine last week.

 

Any ideas?
