Change Global pdf icon

A few days ago our pdf icon symbol that was used in edugeek package quit working. It was linked to http://edugeek.octoink.co.uk but the package was taken down. How do I change the global icon for pdf to point to a source on our server. I just don't want to go through and change every documents icon in the site. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks
