Thanks @Will_Townsend. Couple of comments. The salary drop down only has other (this may be intentional) and I couldn't choose to sign up to the newsletter but not the career advice. Had to have one box ticked, which meant I had to say I didn't want the newsletter (though I did)

Yes the other drop down is just a freetext box to write the full time equivalent, i'll have a look and see if I can make it clearer

Thanks for qualifying the last box, and sorry have now amended so you don't have to tick either box, doh!

I've managed to get the survey on a couple of large organisations mailouts so am extending the period up to 24th March, if you haven't filled it in or shared it with colleagues please do!

Always find these interesting as the general consensus on the forum is always we are not paid enough, but actually when you see the results generally they are surprisingly high. Will have to see how it goes.

It's gone up over the last 3 years for sure. I guess every school that's lost a member of stff has tried to hire one on the old wage, failed, and then been forced to hire one on a better wage.
