I don’t want be “that guy” but this position not paid enough. It’s not much above the minimum wage.

 

Look at it in comparison to other recent roles in the region. The pay scale is aligned to a standard technician not a senior.

 

I was an entry technician, in a school located close to this school and paid similar to this advertised role. This was back in 2009.

 

This role will struggle to attract quality candidates.

That's a trust-wide position as well, not a single school.

 

The only "step up" here must be workload and stress, because it certainly isn't the salary!
