Koldov Posted January 15, 2025 Posted January 15, 2025 (edited) I've had a message from our SENCO about accessing some meeting notes from ELSA CPD Session - Therapeutic Letter Writing & Narrative Approaches. However these notes have been produced by AI, in fact an 'app' called Otter.AI. At the point when they use log-in with Google they get this message: Access blocked: authorisation error Access to this app or website log-in has been restricted I'm guessing I need to go into the Workspace Admin and go to Security > API controls > App access control to add the app and configure access. I'd be a bit happier if the user had requested the app and then I could tell I have the right one instead of randomly searching, but there doesn't appear to be any way for them to do this... Which is strange because I've had a couple of app access requests (obviously from students) for silly games and such. EDIT: I've just searched in 'Security > API controls > App access control' and only get results for Android and iOS anyway... Is this not a 'blocked' app and there's some other reason it's restricted in Google Workspace? EDIT 2: NVM I've now searched just for otter instead of otter.ai and found it... although there's 3 otter (web) options, which one do I choose?! Edited January 15, 2025 by Koldov
