IT Support Analyst - Level 2, Walsall, West Mids - £31 - £33k, full time, permanent

We are looking for an experienced (2 years minimum) IT Support Analyst - Level 2, dealing with escalated issues from our Helpdesk and Level 1 techs. This role will require a small amount of local travel between sites so a driving license is essential.
