eMedia CS2 move licence

Hi All,

 

Hoping someone can help or point us in the right direction. We are trying to move our licence key from one PC to another, however we can't deactivate the licence from the first PC as the option isn't there in the help menu.

 

Has anyone come across this before? We can't activate our licence key on the second PC as it is still showing as being linked to the first.
