Controlled Assessments

Hi,

 

I am looking at the way we currently do controlled assessments, which are all stored locally and was wondering if anyone managed to get them stored/worked on from SharePoint securely.

 

This would I'm hoping allow staff to essentially turn on access for students when needed and remove access when the session finishes.

 

I thought simply removing the access on the parent folder may work but due to the direct access on the students folder the file can still be access using recent documents.

 

Running into a brick wall here and hoping someone can help.
