Bath College is looking for a new ICT Helpdesk Technician to join its dynamic ICT & Learning Resources team. If you’re tech-savvy, highly organised, and an excellent communicator, you’ll be able to join our friendly team during an exciting period of transformation across our digital estate.

Our technician team delivers high-quality customer service to students and staff to support effective use of a wide range of IT services. Day-to-day you’ll be handling incidents and requests through our ticketing system, over the phone, and in person at our campuses in Bath and Radstock. You’ll also play a key role in delivery of hardware, software and networking improvements across the organisation.
