Teacher Planner App

Does anyone's school use a teacher planner app for ipad? All of our teachers have ipads and they would like access to a teacher planning app (some are currently using planbook and idoceo) but we are a Microsoft school and they all seem set up to integrate with google classroom not teams. Have any MS schools came across anything that works well?
