Microsoft App not Appearing in Intune

Apologies if this is the wrong place, but we're struggling to find any solution.

We have an app on the Microsoft store "Learn with Emile". 9N6MWMJ1C40C https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/learn-with-emile/9n6mwmj1c40c?&activetab=pivot:overviewtab

 

Our app does not turn up in Intune searching via name or the app id.

Any suggestions?

 

As app developers we're really not massively familiar with intune.

There's a few things on the MS docs about what would make an app not show up in the Intune store search, so make sure your app doesn't fall under any of these:

 

 

• The app is not available in US region.
  
• The app is not available if there is an age restriction.
  
• The app is a paid app, which is not supported.
