Outlook Error

Hi,

 

For unknow reason some users opens outlook and it comes up with a pop up saying 'The current webpage is trying to open a site in your trusted site list' and ask you to say yes or know. The site is point to is - res-1.cdn.office.net

 

How do I resolve this?

We're experiencing the same problem since yesterday for every domain user.

When opening outlook users are getting 5 pop-ups.

 

It redirects to res-1.cdn.office.net

 

The page shows the following:

 

InvalidQueryParameterValue

Value for one of the query parameters specified in the request URI is invalid. RequestId: Time:2024-09-19T05:58:48.9913257Z

comp

 

Anyone knows what's happening?

This issue can be solved to by adding "https:\\static2.sharepointonline.com" to your trusted site's whitelist.
