timbo343 Posted September 15, 2024 Posted September 15, 2024 Around June 2024 I got an email to say that Azure Active Directory will no longer work in September 2024 however the Subscription ID is not listed on my Azure portal. I've tried to contact my Microsoft reseller but they're being less than helpful at the moment. Anyone else had this? It's not a phishing email, the links check out to my Azure tenancy. I've tried raising a support ticket with MS but I get into a loop with their crappy self-service portal. As I say, I've not cancelled any Azure AD Subscriptions so very confused where this has come from.
chaplic Posted September 15, 2024 Posted September 15, 2024 "Access to Azure Active Directory" is the key here. This is a on-demand azure subscription created years ago when you had office365 and no Azure subscription. It's nothing to worry about What is the “Access to Azure Active Directory” subscription for? | AAD Support Notes (jasonfritts.me) 2

Lol and it’s basically nothing I was quite surprised really when she told me what it was. But yea nothing to worry about 1
