We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our team. You will be supported by our IT Service Delivery Manager and work with them to provide first-line technical support and solutions to staff and students in a clear, understandable way.

You will have a natural curiosity for technology and a genuine interest in working with others to find solutions to problems as they arise.
