Hi,

Just throwing this question out there.

I have managed to get my HT to agree that we do actually need to get parents / carers to complete Acceptable Usage Agreements for our pupils.

He has however said that he does not want to sent out paper forms and has asked if I can fond an easier way of getting parents / carers to read and sign the agreement online.

So here is my question:

Ho can I collect digital signatures from parents, this would simply be a check box to state that they agree to the T&Cs of the School Acceptable Usage Policy and once click and submitted, we need to be able to see who has completed the agreement.

We use Microsoft 365 / Teams / School Comms / SIMs / Class Dojo and have a dB Primary hosted web site.

Any help would be great.

We have a mix of schools using Microsoft Forms and Google Forms. For ones that need a signature and location tracking we pushed them to Zoho Forms

So can we use Microsoft Forms to collect the details of those parents / carers that have agreed? Or would we need to use Zoho? I'd rather use MS Forms if at all possible.

Do you have an example I could copy? Or is it easy enought to convert a .pdf or .doc into a Form?

Many thanks

Yeah if it is just text then yeah you could use Microsoft Form. Microsoft does not do signatures.

You would have to setup the form how you like it. I don't believe they have an import option for Microsoft Forms.

We only use Zoho Forms if they need a signature or they use PDFs.
