Microsoft Teams Breakout Rooms

Hi all,

 

Trying to set up a Teams Meeting and pre configure breakout rooms beforehand. All how to guides have led me to believe when creating a meeting in my Teams calendar, I should have an option 'Breakout Rooms', however I don't see it as per pic below.

 

 

I've highlighted in red where I would expect to see this. I've had a look in the Teams admin centre but can't find any reference to breakout rooms at all. We can create them during the meeting but ideally would like to do beforehand.

 

Does anyone have any information at all on this? We are using A1.

Idiot alert...need to actually have someone invited to the meeting for the breakout room setting to show. Edited July 3, 2024 by EssentialRug

It's the usual teams atrocious layout and need half an hour and a degree just to to set a meeting up and then 15 mins and a HND just to join the meeting after.
