QUICK ACCESS DISAPPERANCE

Hello guys, when a ever a user pin folders on quick access it disappears, I have tried resseting it but the issue persist.

 

Please anyone with everlasting solution should help me.

Have you checked if your Windows is up to date? Sometimes updates fix these kinds of issues. Also, you could try rebuilding the Quick Access cache. Go to File Explorer Options > Privacy > Clear and then hit OK.
