Anybody else experienced this?

We're seeing an intermittent issue that occurs while scrolling through the comments for students in Classcharts. While scrolling down the comments the Name, photo and comments will suddenly become that of a different student.

Doesn't happen all the time so difficult to show Classcharts support.

Is the Name still one of your pupils? :D

Is this on a desktop or on an App? There is a UI issue going around on Android at the moment that does something similar to this. Possible only on the Samsung UI One.

There's plenty of weird stuff happening on classcharts recently - they seem to break things regularly.

For example just the other week they totally broke attendance etc and none of the fields lines up so you couldn't work out who was in or out.

Combine all those weird and wonderful bugs with the general daily poor performance particularly in the morning - whole system is a bit of a mess.

Interestingly, we have had the same issue on a number of occasions. Advice from ClassCharts was that it must be a caching issue on the device and we needed to advise our staff to clear the cache on their web browsers. On testing when this last happened, cache was not the issue and clearing it did not resolve the issue. I've fed that back to their support team but didn't a clear resolution to the issue.

Yep clearing the cache is classchart's default response to anything. Clearing the cache is a last resort bodge to fix broken programming, not a first troubleshooting step.
