iSAMS and TES Provision Map - issues with SEN Register Notes

Our Schools now use iSAMS (previously SIMS) and have TES Provision Map using Wonde as an integrator.

However, we notice that from iSAMS extractions it brings across the students’ SEN Needs AND Register Notes and puts them all together, randomly, in the SEN Needs area of Provision Map. Obviously, the school do not need to see Register Notes in this area of Provision Map, as there could be a full sentence about the student’s SEN. This area is unmanageable if Register Notes have been added.

 

Has anyone else noticed this if they use iSAMS and Provision Map? Do Notes also show in their schools' SEN Needs in P.M.

Provison Map think it is a Wonde issue. I don't think it is. iSAMS do not have a Batch or REST API to separate these 2 fields. It seems illogical to bundle 2 fields together. Any other schools with this issue or is it just us?
