Teams Auto Attendant iPhone issue

Hi. We use Teams cloud PBX, and are having issues with iPhone users calling the Auto Attendant. It connects but no audio works. Android phones are not affected. Anyone else with this issue? We have a ticket open with Microsoft but no joy at present.
