SIMS lunch period change for GCSE exams mid term start

Hi,

 

It's been a while since I did this - our lunch period normally starts at 1:35, we want to switch it to 12:35 for when the GCSEs start. Can I switch mid term, or do I have to make the switch at the start of term (April 16th) to avoid attendance data loss?
