SIMS ID

We have a local hosted SIMS and I'm looking into setting up SIMS Next Gen. In the guide it says I need to logon to id.sims.co.uk using a SIMS ID administrator account and enable DeX services but the problem is we don't appear to have a SIMS ID account. We pay a company for SIMS support and the SIMS licence so is it likely they are the only ones to have the SIMS ID logon for our school?

You can't access id.sims.co.uk without a valid SIMS ID Invitation Code, this should be provided by your support company on request. Registration portal - Home Page - Registration (sims.co.uk)
