SIMS mailing no-reply option

The school I work in uses SIMS for mass mailing and this is a useful tool, however we discourage parents from replying using that system but they still do. I have 2 questions:

 

Is it possible to set a "no reply" email when a general message is sent?

 

Would I be able to set up a mailing message type specific to my role (i.e not a general message) with my school email set as a reply to email or an autoforwarder if they responded to me?
