Setting up IRM to protect data being accessed by ex employees

Hi all, has anyone used IRM to setup protection on files when a staff member leaves??

 

I.E I.E Mary Smith is due to leave, she copies all her Onedrive and teaching resources from Sharepoint, to a USB drive. She then takes them home for her next role.
