Word online 502 gateway errors

Getting these very intermittently across the top of the page, had about 4 reports so far, documents still open in desktop apps

Firewall has nothing reported

 

502 web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server

 

Sometimes clears itself with no change by the user and the intermittent nature makes me think it is a Microsoft problem. happens on BYOD devices as well

Raised an issue but they say nothing found so will do a ticket

 

"No issue was found in this Microsoft service. If you're still experiencing service issues, please file a support ticket."

Getting this again, anyone else or just us?

Seems to come in waves then go away again
