Azure RMS setup (running AD RMS at the moment)

Hi all, we currently have AD RMS running on a server, its pretty broken as we have to manually unencrypt files.

 

We are on A3 now, we want to use Azure RMS for our Sharepoint site/Onedrive. I read about not enabling it until AD RMS is gone.

 

I have checked with ADSI and also the registry of my machine, I can't see anything in there. Could I just enable Azure RMS? Or should I try to migrate?
