Chat Gpt error

HI,

 

So we are able to get to the main site for Chat gpt and can set up an account on all machines on our site.

 

Only 2 machines that were not imaged with our set up images are able to successfully get a response from chat gpt. All other machines receive this error (attached)

 

We have tested some users on the 2 machines that work and they then also work but on any other machine they do not, they receive this error.

 

The only difference between the machines is that these others were imaged using wds and the two IT ones were set up with an iso. We also set up a brand new machine with the iso file and chat gpt worked.

 

Has anyone else ever come across this issue with imaged machines?

 

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
