Quick question. When setting up a print server do you set the default paper size on the print queues to A4 or leave it as default?

 

I have a fleet of Kyocera devices, when I set the driver default to A4 paper size all is well, until users then want to print out A3, so they set A3 print in word, but the print driver just scales it to print on an A4 page. If however I leave the print driver set to Letter as default everything works fine as you'd expect, so when a user changes Word to print in A3, this is reflected in the print driver settings.

 

Am I missing something or is this normal behaviour?
