Updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11

I have a question. I'm receiving notifications about the possibility of updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. For now, I don't want to update, so I'm declining. Can you please advise if it's okay to do this, and whether it will cause any issues with the proper functioning of programs and protection against computer viruses?

Windows 10 will receive support until October 14, 2025, so you have until then to use Windows 10 without worry of not being updated. In terms of viruses, you should always ensure you have some software installed, such as Windows Defender/Security. Edited October 12, 2023 by CHiLL
