OWA Outlook attachments not downloading or opening in browser "error downloading the

Anyone else getting this, "error downloading the file content" or could not load the image

 

Can still save them to OneDrive in some cases, feels more like a bandwidth issue than a code error

Seems to be working now, had quite a few users with the issue
