TWGSBHR Posted October 5, 2023 Posted October 5, 2023 (edited) An exciting opportunity has arisen within for an IT Support Technician to join our busy and well-respected IT department here at TWGSB. This newly created role will start as soon as possible due to expansion within the team. The purpose of this role is to predominantly support the use of ICT within the school environment through maintenance of ICT software, hardware and related equipment, and providing support to staff and pupils to ensure administration and learning outcomes are maximised. As one of our IT Support function you will be providing first-line support and interacting with members of the teaching faculty and support staff on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) in IT and proven experience in an IT environment and working with relevant software and Networks. You must be able to demonstrate you have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. The main site for TWGSB is in Tunbridge Wells. However, after training this role will have a good proportion based at the Sevenoaks site.
