Ok, so been deploying out Office 365 for 3 years - and yesterday I got a message that MS Access was needed for a lesson today.

Checked and yep, MS Access not included with Office 365 we deploy out - but is included with the version they can download and install themselves.

To save me trawling through loads of web pages, rabbit holes etc.... anyone know of a quick way and I install it?

Cheers

Is your deployment xml file set to exclude Access?

We had this problem but instead of Access, it was OneNote, which I didn't deploy by default. I flipped the deployment xml file on its head and modified it to only include OneNote, then ran the setup process on PCs, which avoided lengthy full (re)installs. This was a while ago, mind. Now all deployments include pretty much everything.

Solved the issue - purely by accident - as it didn't occur to me check the area causing the issue.

Stations are images and managed by SCCM and all stations as hybrid joined.

We have some intune devices, Which has Office deployed out which does not have MS Access deployed in that package..... following so far......

Intune deployment set to deploy to all devices.............

So - co managed devices, show in Intune, so are classed as part of all devices.

So, Intune kicks in and removes Office I install and then installs the Intune Package!
