ICT Technician - Petersfield, Hampshire - £22,682 to £27,570 - closes 9th October '23

Hello all,

 

I'm pleased to announce I am recruiting a 1st line support ICT Technician to join our team as we implement the schools' ICT strategy.

 

Resolving the day-to-day technical issues of teachers, staff and pupils in rural Petersfield, approximately 10 miles north of Portsmouth & 25 miles south of Guildford in Hampshire, you will be primarily responsible for installing and maintaining PCs, laptops, Apple Macbooks & iMacs, printers, photocopiers, audio/visual systems, telephones, mobile phones, tablets and other hardware. Additionally you will be responsible for installing software, account management and maintaining accurate ICT documentation.

 

As the successful candidate you will have at least 1-2 years experience of performing a similar role, excellent customer service skills, good written/verbal communication and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
