4oD Download problem

Hi, All

 

I have have a issue on 4oD. I have tried to download a video & have not been successful.

 

This is the message I get: -

 

We have detected a problem with your Digital Rights Management (DRM) store files. Click Continue for instructions on how to fix the problem.

 

I have followed the instructions & tried to fix the problem but still have had no success.

 

Please can some one help
