Website CA SSL advice

I've been asked for advice on types of SSL certificate for a website. At the minute they use let's encrypt setup to auto renew. Is it worth upgrading to a paid service to get an OV certificate rather than the DV certificate that's the only option with let's encrypt?

Unless it's for something specifically "secure" I'd say no-one will care or even bother looking at it as long as it's SSL/Padlocked

Yeah, most browsers now don't show any difference unless you click on the certificate to look for it. As such I'd never bother with anything more than domain validated, it's just a lot of effort to get it validated for (almost) no benefit.

Paid SSL certificates have a warranty which is important for higher-risk products/services.
