Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Azure P2 licenses for PIM

Hi My college and me have Microsoft 365 Business Standard licenses. If I add P2 license to our accounts , would we still be able to manage Admin rights for office 365 through PIM Can someone please advise. Thank you in advance Sadi
