Enabling Folder and rules for Office 365 Outlook Groups , anyone done this

Looking to enable this in online exchange IsGroupFoldersAndRulesEnabled https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/manage-folders-and-rules-feature?view=o365-worldwide so Group Owners can create Folders that OWA will show not really fussed about Rules yet

 

Says each Group owner can toggle it off or on but unclear if the initial state is On after enabling

 

Are there any gotchas or people who have done this , can you do it per group or jus the whole Org
