If you are an IT Technician looking for a fresh challenge then we have just the opportunity for you. We are looking for an experienced and professional technician initially as cover for a maternity leave to support our school users in the role of an IT Support Technician or Senior IT Support Technician working principally on the Wellsway campus in Keynsham which includes Wellsway School, IKB Academy and Chandag Primary School (currently Chandag Infant School and Chandag Junior School). The ideal candidate will be: - An excellent communicator - A team player - Flexible and adaptable in your approach to work - Have experience of working in both primary or secondary school settings With strong customer service skills you will have a proven track record in IT support. An understanding of IT in education would be an advantage however it is not essential. Although this role is initially being appointed on a fixed term basis for 12 months, it is very possible that this will be extended into a permanent post within the trust, depending on a variety of factors. We would also consider applicants preferring to work during term time only, though the salary would be adjusted to reflect those hours (contact us for details).
