Alternative to Microsoft Forms

Our Office Manager wants to automate a lot of our current paper based forms such as time off requests.

 

She's had a play around with Microsoft Forms and can't get on with it due to having to use power automate.

 

Does anyone know of a suitable alternative?

Depends on what automation is needed? For the cost and what you can do, MS Forms and Automate can't be beat so I'd be tempted to tell them to get used to it.

 

There is JotForm that the school has previously used. Typeform comes up a lot from companies, it is very pretty and nice to use but I know nothing about the backend.

 

Ultimately it comes down to what they want to do with it and what they are trying to automate.

We use forms and automate here and it has been very much appreciated by the admin team. We have helped set some up ourselves. Sounds like they have a training need to get to grips with automate?

EDIT: It may be something you'll need to assist them with at least for the initial part with automate.

We use JotForm but again I wouldn’t say it’s something the end user would be able to automate and needs setting up in advance by IT for all the fancy bits
