IT_Man_Dan Posted April 25, 2023 Posted April 25, 2023 Good Morning all, I hope you are well. We've recently purchased a phishing simulation/cyber training solution (Usecure) for use in schools across our trust. I'm having an issue of false compromises caused by users right clicking the email in OWA and selecting Report>Report Phishing. I therefore want to remove that option as we have pushed out a Usecure report phishing button that works with the simulation solution. From what I've seen online, others have had similar problems with a number of different phishing simulation solutions and the Microsoft report phishing option. There is a powershell script that can be run that disables the button but from what I read, it leaves it in the menu and just doesn't do anything if triggered. This is a bit messy and could lead to users wrongly thinking they've reported a phishing email when they haven't. Does anyone know of a way to properly remove it from the menu please? Is it some sort of add in that could be removed? Many thanks Dan

FlyingDame Posted August 30, 2023 Posted August 30, 2023 Hello! I'm just wondering if the toggle worked for you. I tried it but the report button is still showing.
