CharlieKES Posted April 17, 2023 Posted April 17, 2023 Hi all, just checking in if anyone else has had this issue. A few months ago we ran into an issue with our FMS being unable to send email due to the way Outlook online authenticates SMTP. Basically, a patch was issued to fMS and the issue was fixed. Today, when sending a message via the FMS, we're getting an error message: "SIMS FMS Module Email to supplier (email address: failed. Trial has expired." Not sure what trial it is referring too, as we're using FMS's software from start to finish when it comes to email, there's no third-party software involved. Just wondered if anyone has seen this?

CharlieKES Posted April 17, 2023 Author Posted April 17, 2023 Thankyou for this! Great help, worried it was just me.
geosharp Posted April 25, 2023 Posted April 25, 2023 Hey there, I assume most folks are aware of this now, but in case not - ESS have got a patch out now for this - the KB mentioned by ajp233 has a link to download the installer or it should eventually turn up in SOLUS. Not on our SOLUS yet but I installed it manually and BACS remittances are working again. Cheers :-) 1
