Junior Librarian- Google Workspace Chrome issue

Hi all,

 

Having an issue with Junior Librarian swirling around a progress wheel and not loading the website as picture below.

 

 

Interestingly this works fine in Edge and a personal Chrome profile. This leads me to believe it's down to a setting in Google Workspace. I've gone through and enabled cookies/notifications/images/pop ups for the site but still not able to get this work.

 

I don't suppose anyone else has had this issue and knows where I'm going wrong?

Strange... same here. OK in a Chrome incognito mode window (Edge and Firefox too)...

 

I'm not sure why my teachers haven't been banging on my door yet, guess they aren't signing in to their browsers... again!

I don't suppose you managed to resolve this issue at all? We're still seeing the same loading screen...

For us it was uBlock Origin, I thought I had turned it off for that site... maybe something has changed on their end and the original I.P./URL whitelist needed refreshing, so I just unblocked it again and it seems OK.

 

Try your web blocking/filtering solution if it's tied to a particular Chrome user group (as uBlock is set by GPO for users here).
