When I was working as an IT Tech at a local secondary school back in 2006, we used to use Misco (the original one, not the one now who just purchased the name). The relationship was very basic in a sense of, now and again we would ask for quotes and most of the time it was fine but they never really understood our school or what we were trying to achieve. Then one day we were assigned an account manager by the name of Tracey Ellis. We continued to fire an email out from time to time, "can you quote for 10 laptops for staff, i5 8GB, 500GB (mechanical back then only :)) - anyway, after a few weeks, Tracey reached out after reviewing our account and the way we had been working with Misco and basically ran through where she thought we could have leveraged the relationship better with Misco. She came out to visit us and explained how to get the most from suppliers and vendors to benefit our team and ultimately the school.

The relationship continued for many years and I'm grateful that Tracey is now a colleague of mine and has been for a few years. She continues to connect schools and MATs to the right people in the industry as she has built up connections with major vendors and cutting edge technology (StarLink as of late).

Just like the help she provided our team, she can help you and yours too. You can reach her via the following:
