Photos not showing on tills with NRS

Hi all, weird problem between SIMS and trust-e SIMS Extractor v4

 

When I run it it imports the photos for our Sixth Form students Y13/12 and then says 'Account skipped - ID:1234' etc for all the other students. The Data Manager has looked at the 'NRS Export With Photo v4' report and says it all looks fine. CIVICA are stratching their heads.

 

Any ideas why it refuses to import the photos for Y7-11?

Just noticed it's also skipping Staff accounts.
