IT_Man_Dan Posted December 5, 2022 Posted December 5, 2022 (edited) Good morning, Due to an electrical issue we had to power down our server room over the weekend. Everything seems to have powered up ok and we have access to all data etc but the powervault is in a faulting state in that the orange light is flashing and the fan is constantly on high speed. When opening the MDSM software I'm greeted with a message saying 'This storage array contains a RAID controller module that you have not added' (full error message attached). I have very limited experience with this powervault and don't want to do the wrong thing and mess things up. Can anyone advise what I need to do please? Many thanks in advance. IT_Man_Dan Posted December 5, 2022 Author Posted December 5, 2022 Is the Modular Disk Storage Manager Agent running on the host Thanks for response. Just checked. Yes it is and I tried restarting the agent and it hasn't changed the 'needs attention' status sadly.
