Hyper V Host and Vms slow connection

Ladies and Gents,

 

Please provide some support to my insantity!

 

We have a small network.

 

Hyper V host (2016) running 2 VMs (Both server 16) on a 2 gb NIC team (Broadcom)

 

We also have another physical server, both in the same switch, same VLAN

 

Here is where the issue lies.

 

Hyper V host: 80mb internet download, VMs: 80mb internet download

 

Physical Server: 350mb download

 

 

NIC Config: Teaming Mode: Switch Independant / Load Balancing: Dynamic

 

 

'Allow management operating system to share this network adapter' is checked.

 

 

 

I may be missing something simple here - but any advice / suggestions / knowlage welcomed with a virtual beer!
