Just a quick question - Is there a way i can stop people being able to view Wi-Fi passwords though Apple Configurator?

Thanks

If you push the WiFi settings out via the MDM it should prevent viewing of the password (unless the WiFi has been added manually already). No settings currently to prevent accessing the passwords not pushed from an MDM. Other option is to move to certificate based auth but that requires more work.

As @Cw2k says, you may need to ensure that this kind of thing is pushed out in MDM provisioning. Anything set-up in the usual way could make the wifi passwords shareable with other Apple devices signed in on the same account. We experienced massive overload on some APs due to students having an Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad and/or MacBook... times this by a class worth of students and it got messy, fast.
