Sophos firewalls and safeguarding reports

Hello All

We are having a problem working with Sophos to produce a meaningful report from their firewalls with regard to safeguarding and I wondered if anyone has successfully achieved this and could offer advice.

We gather the accounting data centrally as we have 12 sites/firewalls, to Sophos central. It has 2 options, a report generator and a report hub. Neither have anything meaningful that alerts us to student misbehaviour that we should monitor for.

Sophos claim we should have a list of keywords programmed in that we supply to a report before anything sensible could be produced.

Does anyone know of a body that provides a list of such keywords or has a report working that they can advise us on how to create.
